How the 5-Day Exchange Program Works

1. Purchase a qualifying vehicle from Mazda of Columbia.
2. Drive and enjoy your vehicle for up to five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. If you're not completely satisfied, return the vehicle to Mazda of Columbia.
4. Select another vehicle from our available inventory.

Exchange Program Guidelines

To qualify for the 5-Day Vehicle Exchange Program:

• The exchange request must be made within five (5) calendar days of the original delivery date or 150 miles. Whichever occurs first.
• The replacement vehicle must be of equal or greater value than the original vehicle purchased.
• The original vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as when purchased.
• The vehicle must be free from damage, excessive wear, abuse, alterations, or modifications.
• All original keys, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be returned with the vehicle.
• Any difference in vehicle price, taxes, registration fees, lender requirements, or applicable charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
